2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on ft77, you must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the Platform. If ft77 discovers that a user is under 21, that account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household wish to operate separate accounts from the same device or IP address, ft77 support must be informed in advance.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed. If any information changes, ft77 support must be notified immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at ft77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The withdrawal amount must be sent to the account registered under your name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus requirements have not been met.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

ft77 is always vigilant against money laundering and fraudulent activities. If any suspicious transaction is identified, the account will be suspended pending investigation. If fraud is proven, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% welcome bonus is offered on the first deposit at ft77, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳40,000 (20×) before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• A bonus can only be claimed once.
• ft77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse.
• Different bonuses may have different terms; read the relevant terms before activating each offer.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance; withdrawal is only possible after wagering has been completed.

ft77's VIP program has three tiers. Progression happens automatically based on regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0% plus priority support with exclusive benefits.

VIP benefits may be changed at ft77's discretion. Cashback is added to the account on a weekly basis and separate wagering requirements may apply.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts (bonus arbitraging).
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to manipulate the Platform's systems or gaming outcomes.
• Stealing or hacking another user's account details.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Making or receiving payments through third-party accounts.
• Spreading false information about ft77.

ft77 never sells users' personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities for legal requirements, fraud investigations, or security-related matters.

• Providing false information or failure to verify identity.

ft77 makes every effort to ensure service availability but does not accept liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by technical issues, internet outages, or unavailability of third-party services.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

If a technical error in the gaming software causes an incorrect winning amount to be displayed, ft77 reserves the right to correct the error and, where applicable, void the transaction.
